This managed library gives Soteria Cloud staff, resellers, affiliates, customers, and approved AI services a governed route into the official Acronis knowledge ecosystem without mixing current operational guidance with obsolete or unrelated product information.

Coverage snapshot

The all-language occurrence register preserves duplicates and exact sitemap provenance. The 41 non-sitemap router definitions cover dynamic templates such as article, topic, case, file, profile, group, question, record-list, settings, report and dashboard routes; six are explicitly marked NO_INDEX.

Official source position

• kb.acronis.com is retained as a legacy address and article-ID reference; current knowledge is served by the Acronis Support Portal.

• Current product procedures must be validated against the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud documentation.

• The legacy Acronis Error Code Search now routes into Support Portal search.

• The collection baseline is measured from the Acronis sitemap index, public portal bootstrap and canonical official URLs.

• Product lifecycle and end-of-life status must be checked before a source is used operationally.

Completeness rule and boundary

“Complete” means that every publicly discoverable official sitemap article occurrence, view route, topic route and live client-router definition collected in the baseline has a machine-readable record, including duplicates, weekly-only URLs, other languages, irrelevant products, legacy content and non-indexed route templates. Restricted or private records cannot be represented beyond publicly exposed route metadata.

This is not a verbatim clone of vendor article bodies or images. Soteria operational pages use original summaries, verified procedures, exact error strings where needed, and canonical source links. Full-text or image republication requires confirmed authorization; consult the Acronis legal terms.

Publishing rule

Confluence is the operational master. SharePoint carries the controlled Word-document set and machine-readable coverage registers. The cross-platform register records each KB-ID, Confluence page ID, Word filename and SHA-256 file hash. Public or AB-facing material must pass a separate confidentiality and public-source review.
