Intake checklist

Confirm the domain and source are official.

Normalise the URL and language parameter.

Resolve legacy redirects and retain aliases.

Extract metadata only; do not copy full text by default.

Classify product, module, workload, article type, audience, lifecycle and sensitivity.

Check duplicate keys and existing SCKB titles.

Route public/AB, partner-only and Soteria-internal content separately.

Assign an owner and review date.

Publish only after technical QA and traceability fields are complete.
Quarantined content must never be treated as an approved Soteria procedure.
