Summary JSON / Findings

All CSV/JSON pairs were validated row-for-row. Count arithmetic, sitemap provenance, duplicate flags, weekly membership, route uniqueness and sitemap totals passed. No vendor article bodies were fetched or copied.

Required records

  1. Source coverage register — every publicly discoverable official article occurrence, view route, topic route and live router definition, with sitemap and canonical-URL provenance.

  2. Product and lifecycle register — current product name, former names, supported versions, lifecycle state, replacement product and Soteria applicability.

  3. Review queue and change log — detected vendor changes, validation result, editor, date and effect on Soteria procedure.

  4. Gaps and quarantine register — broken, redirected, duplicate, restricted, ambiguous, untranslated or technically unvalidated sources.

  5. Cross-platform export register — KB-ID, Confluence page ID, SharePoint filename/item, export date and SHA-256 file hash.

Deduplication and reconciliation

Use Acronis article number as the primary key when it is explicitly present. Fallback keys are the exact canonical URL without tracking parameters, or documentation set plus path plus major version. Preserve language, sitemap occurrence, weekly membership, old URLs and redirects as aliases or provenance rather than silently deleting them.

The canonical English operational index is the official union file, because it includes three English URLs that were present only in the weekly sitemap at collection time. The full-shard English file remains a reconciliation baseline.

Review cadence

  • Active incident and security advisories: daily

  • Cyber Protect Cloud releases and known issues: weekly

  • Core Cyber Protect Cloud procedures: quarterly

  • Other current products: every six months

  • Legacy archive: annually or when referenced

Publishing gates

A page is operational only after source validation, Soteria applicability review, technical QA, sensitivity review and cross-platform ID/hash update. Public or AB content needs an additional public-source and confidentiality review.

These candidates remain unchanged until technical validation confirms that a redirect, consolidation or archive action is safe.

This library uses metadata, Soteria-original summaries and canonical official links. Do not bulk-copy Acronis text or images without confirmed republication rights. See the Acronis legal terms.
